Shipping policy

Free shipping anywhere across India, for orders above INR 499/- Flat rate of INR 100/- will be charged for shipping, for orders that fall below this value. Global Shipping Charges shall be calculated at checkout.
- Orders are processed in 3-6 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday & any regional/state holidays)
- Made on order items, making time shall be mentioned in the description.
- Domestic delivery time can be anywhere between 5-10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- We use India Post, DTDC, Professional Couriers, DELHIVERY, Maruti Couriers for domestic Shipping & Aramex/DHL for international shipping. The courier service is chosen, depending on service availability at the mentioned address & depending on the unit that is dispatching the product
- In case of multiple items in an order, depending on the stock availability, they shall either be shipped in a single parcel or multiple parcel, that shall be sent from our manufacturing units, from different locations. An e-mail with tracking details shall be shared upon dispatch.
- Aathvya shall not be responsible for any operational delays, caused at the logistics end. That said, we shall extend any assistance, within our limits, if required. Delays are not just due to holidays, it could also happen when the courier agencies are short staffed during regional holidays. This is out of our control and we shall not be able to expedite the process.
- Under normal circumstances, the delivery executive shall not call the client before delivery. But they may call up in advance to check if anyone is available at the address. They would not use whatsapp or any other feature. It would be direct call only. But client's have to make sure that someone is available at the address at all times to accept the delivery. The courier agency shall make 1-3 attempts of delivery. If all attempts fail, the product shall return to us. Upon payment of shipping charges, it shall be sent to you once again.
- We shall try to make them reattempt the delivery as much as possible in our capacity. But depending on the courier service and operating methods, some require a call from the registered number (number given along with the address at the time of placing the order) to re-confirm that they have asked for a reattempt of delivery. If there is no response when called, or if the number is invalid or not functioning, someone from your end has to contact them at the nearest branch to receive the parcel. This is a very case. But if it doesn't happen, it's upon the client to collect the parcel so as to avoid it's return to us and payment of second shipping charges.
- If you choose to cancel the order that has been returned to us, due to a failed attempt of delivery, we shall not be issuing a monetary refund. A store credit, after deducting the shipping charges incurred by us, shall be issued. This decision of Aathvya is final.
- Tracking information, as & when available shall be shared via email. It is the customers' responsibility to track the status of the same & inform us if in case there are any issues.
- For clothing items, we deal directly with the manufacturer/weaving units. They handle a huge volume of outgoing parcels on daily basis and hence updating each event, eg. Parcel has been picked, or dispatched etc isn't feasible for them. They wait till the tracking list is shared with them by the logistics service and then the same is shared with us. Kindly understand, in this case, we shall not be able to share an update on the status, on daily basis, once the order has been placed.
- In case, tracking information isn't shared, make sure to wait for 10-12 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday & any regional/State holidays), from the day the order is placed, & inform us immediately if the product has not been delivered
- Keep tracking your parcel to make sure of its movement. If it shows delivered, but you haven't received it, check with the apartment guard post/neighbours and family members first. If you still haven't received it, contact us via email/Instagram/WhatsaApp, immediately with your order number and tracking details. We shall be able to help only if we are informed within 3 days, from the date of the parcel being shown delivered. Post that, we shall not be able to do anything, as even the logistic service would be deleting the tracking history from its website.
- For parcels, that are shown to be delivered, we shall not be liable for any refunds or compensations for the same.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
- For international parcels, the dispatch timeline would be a little longer, depending on whether the items are in stock with us or have to reach us from our manufacturing unit.
- Express shipping is done via Aramex/DHL. Standard shipping is via Indian Postal service
- The delivery time for International orders, can be anywhere between, 5-10 working days for express shipping & 14-20 business days for standard shipping (excludes Saturday, Sunday or regional/state/international holidays & customs delay), once the dispatch happens. We request the clients to keep tracking the status of their parcels, as the rules for delivery or pickup of parcels front he respective office, can vary from country to country.
- We have mentioned charges on the website, as per weight of the products. Once they are packed, variations in charges might be possible as the courier company charges on basis of volumetric weight or the product weight, which ever is higher. Hence, an additional charges levied, shall be communicated to the clients and upon completion of payment, the parcel shall be dispatched.
- Any taxes/fees levied for delivery of parcels in the respective country, shall be borne by the customer.
- Please note, customs check delays can happen for either shipping mode. Any delay at the customs of origin or destination country, are not in our control.
- In case of item(s) being returned, due to customs issue or non delivery due to any reasons, order shall be cancelled and the refund for the products alone shall be done. Shipping charges shall not refunded.
