Refund policy

 

  1. Orders once placed, shall not be cancelled. We request not to do an impulse shopping. If in case an item in your order isn't in stock, we shall be informing you the same. You can either choose an alternative or the amount for that particular product shall be refund. The entire order (in case if multiple items in the order) shall not be cancelled.

  2. As a policy, we issue only store credits as refund
  3. Products can be returned, if they are delivered in damaged condition or a completely different product has been sent (incorrect product).

  4. You need to inform us of the issue, within 48 hours of receiving the product & returns have to be done within 3 days. Post this time period, we shall not be accepting any returns.
  5. To make a request for returns or exchange, kindly email us on aathvya@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91-9513055775, within 48 hours of delivery, with the complete unboxing video, starting from cutting open the courier packet to checking out the item, focussing on damages (if any). This procedure is absolutely necessary for any claims of returns or exchanges. In absence of this, we shall not be able accept any returns or exchange.

  6. We shall not be accepting returns for the following reasons:

    • Shade variations or product looks lighter or darker than the image displayed.  We try & capture the colour & other possible properties of every product to the best of our ability.

    • Informing us about the issue with the order post the above mentioned time period or for reasons like package was accepted by someone who want unaware of the policy and hence no unboxing video was clicked.

    • Assuming/expecting the product was smaller or larger, or assuming that the product would be of a certain texture or shine etc, inspite of a detailed description given. If you have doubts regarding the base metal, or fabric etc, feel free to clarify with us, before placing an order.

    • Kindly do not make assumptions about the product displayed & then later claim for return, stating it was not as expected.

    • Incorrect/Incomplete address/contact number We shall not process orders that do not have a valid contact number; I.e. For an address based in India, the contact number provided has to be an Indian number alone. International numbers are accepted only for global shipping & not domestic ones. Returns due to multiple failed attempts at delivery, incorrect/incomplete address, or wrong/non working contact number, or not accepting the order at the time of delivery, shall incur a shipping charge for second shipping. If you choose to cancel the order, a store credit, after deducting the RTO charges incurred, shall be issued and not a cash/account refund. However, this isn't possible for made-to-order products or clothing items. In such case, the order shall not be cancelled and shipping charges will have to be paid to re-dispatch them. Depending on your location/address of delivery, a proper, functioning contact number, with counrty code (in case of international deliveries) is an absolute must. 

    • Raw/natural/druzy stones & Baroque pearls, have their own properties that are not altered whilst using in the jewellery. No two stone would look alike. Returns for reasons like delivered product (with such stones) was not same as the picture displayed, shall not be possible

    • In case of handloom weaved clothing items, or hand painted ones, slight smudges are possible. Owing to human involvement in them. Returns shall not be possible for this.

    • For ready to wear clothing items, size charts/guidelines are given. Sizes to be chosen very carefully after going through them. Exchange or returns due to sizing issues shall not be possible

    • We take extreme care to ensure that you get all the products intact. However, sometimes in transit, a stone may fall off. Or the necklace link could be unhinged. OR the stemof the earring might be bent. These are not damages & can be rectified easily, by oneself. Stones/pearls can be put back using glue. If you are unable to link back the unhinged jewellery part, you can send it to us, We shall get it done & dispatch to you. A refund shall not be issued in such case.

Refunds:

  1. We do not have return pick up facilities. Hence, we humbly request you to send it back to us. Shipping charges in this case shall be borne by us. The limit for return shipping charges are set at INR 80/- for south states & INR 100/- for north states. This is the maximum amount mentioned. We shall be refunding the charges mentioned in the courier receipt only. Anything that goes beyond this cap shall have to borne by client. Kindly choose the courier service accordingly.

  2. You need to inform us of the issue, within 48 hours of receiving the product & returns have to be done within 3 days. Post this time period, we shall not be accepting any returns.

  3. Items have to be retuned to us in an unused condition, with all its tags & packets intact. The tracking information has to be shared with us via Instagram/Whatsapp/E-mail.

  4. Once we receive the items & review its condition, we shall issue a store credit equivalent to the product value & shipping charge (within the limits mentioned above).

  5. As a policy, we issue only store credits as refunds
